目的探讨延续性护理对老年全髋关节置换术后患者机体康复的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年6月我院全髋关节置换术后老年患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采用延续性护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组不同时间段的髋关节功能评分及并发症情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论延续性护理可促进全髋关节置换术患者的关节功能恢复,降低患者的并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing care on the recovery of elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty. Methods Sixty-four elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing mode, and the observation group received continuous nursing, Compare the two groups of nursing effects. Results The scores of hip joint function and complication in observation group were better than those in control group at different time points (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can promote the recovery of joint function and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.
