对淡水、海水污染的卫生-微生物学研究至今仍用同种方法。作者多年监测经验表明,该法受海水理化成分及海洋耐盐自生菌丛的影响,检验效果不佳。这是因为不良生存环境(包括水)会使微生物产生应激状态,其具体表现为亚致死生理特征,此时的微生物失去原有正常生长能力。亚致死应激状态下的受损微生物,有一部分待一定时间后,在鉴别培养基上恢复生长,而另外一些则要求较丰富的营养和无抑制剂培养基供其繁殖,因此,亚致死状态具有若干期。
Hygienic-microbiological research on freshwater and seawater pollution still uses the same method so far. The author’s years of monitoring experience shows that the method is affected by the physical and chemical composition of sea water and the salt-tolerant flora of the ocean, and the test results are not good. Some of the damaged microorganisms under sub-lethal stress are resumed growth on discriminating medium after a certain period of time, while others require richer nutrient and inhibitor-free medium for their reproduction. Therefore, the sublethal state Has several periods.
