表面光电压谱(SPS)和电场诱导表面光电压谱(EFISPS)是研究固体功能材料表面和界面电荷行为非常有效的方法。近年来将SPS和EFISPS技术应用于多相催化研究领域,显示出其检测灵敏度高、再现性好、操作简单等特点。在介绍了SPS和EFISPS的基本原理、实验方法、技术特征等的基础上,综述了它们在诸如催化剂表面的活性评价、固体表面酸碱性的测量、催化剂的活性组份在载体上的分散状态以及催化机理的探讨等多相催化研究中的应用,并展望了它们在多相催化研究领域的发展前景。
Surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and electric field induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (EFISPS) are very effective methods for studying the surface and interface charge behavior of solid functional materials. In recent years, SPS and EFISPS technology applied to the field of heterogeneous catalysis, showing its detection sensitivity, good reproducibility, simple operation and so on. Based on the introduction of the basic principles, experimental methods and technical characteristics of SPS and EFISPS, their activity evaluation such as catalyst surface, measurement of acid and base of solid surface, dispersion status of active component of catalyst on carrier As well as the catalytic mechanism of heterogeneous catalysis research applications and prospects of their development in the field of heterogeneous catalytic research prospects.
