指出了美国ASME标准在电磁轭法磁粉探伤方面所存在的不足,通过日本对ASME标准的有关实验数据,说明在需要检测表面下有一定埋藏深度的缺陷时,交、直流电磁轭的局限性以及磁化被检工件与水平面夹角和方向的影响。
The shortcomings of the ASME standard in the magnetic particle inspection of the yoke method are pointed out. The relevant experimental data from Japan to the ASME standard shows the limitations of the AC and DC yoke when it is necessary to detect defects with a certain burial depth under the surface.
