该研究首次报道了我国千年桐在北缘产区,由实生造林发展为无性栽培的途径。通过有性起源的优株无性系化,无性系测定,在13个无性系间选育出浙皱-7号、浙皱-9号、浙皱-8号3个高产优良无性系,表现出早实丰产特点,其中浙皱-7号达到了最高产量的水平。通过研究与生产检验,证明了千年桐高产无性系选择育种程序是科学的、可行的。试验采用边测定、边示范,逐步推广的技术路线,应用快速育苗繁殖技术,使高产无性系推广面积达53 960亩。
The study reported for the first time the millennium in our country in the northern margin of production areas, from afforestation to asexual cultivation approach. Three clones with high yield and good clonality of Zhewul-7, Zhewuku-9 and Zhewuku-8 were selected among 13 clones through sexual clones and sexual clones of sexual origin. Fruitful early yield characteristics, including Zhejiang wrinkle -7 reached the highest level of production. Through research and production test, it proves that it is scientific and feasible that the selection and breeding program of clonal clones with high yield of T. juniper. Experiments using edge determination, side demonstration, and gradually promote the technical route, the application of rapid seedling breeding technology, high-yield clones to promote the area of 53 960 acres.
