目的探讨维生素D受体(VDR)BsmⅠ、ApaⅠ、FokⅠ、TaqⅠ基因多态性与新疆汉族2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法 589例新疆汉族T2DM患者入选,其中非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者181例,增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者146例,无糖尿病视网膜病变患者262例。抽取血液样本提取DNA。采用iMLDR技术进行VDR基因BsmⅠ、ApaⅠ、FokⅠ、TaqⅠ位点基因分型,计算等位基因及基因型并进行χ~2检验。结果 3组rs1544410、rs7975232、rs2228570及rs731236基因型及等位基因分布频率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VDR基因BsmⅠ、ApaⅠ、FokⅠ及TaqⅠ4个SNPs的多态性与新疆汉族2型糖尿病视网膜病变无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphisms of BsmⅠ, ApaⅠ, FokⅠ, TaqⅠ in patients with VDR and type 2 diabetic retinopathy in Xinjiang Han. Methods A total of 589 Xinjiang Han patients with T2DM were enrolled. Among them, 181 were non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, 146 were proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and 262 were non-diabetic retinopathy. Blood samples were taken for DNA extraction. The gene of BsmⅠ, ApaⅠ, FokⅠ, TaqⅠ of VDR gene was genotyped by iMLDR technique, and the alleles and genotypes were calculated and tested by χ ~ 2 test. Results There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequencies of rs1544410, rs7975232, rs2228570 and rs731236 between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The polymorphisms of Bsm Ⅰ, Apa Ⅰ, Fok Ⅰ and Taq Ⅰ SNPs in VDR gene are not associated with type 2 diabetic retinopathy in Xinjiang Han population.
