We were treated with captopril (CPT) tablets orally in patients with cor pulmonale heart failure from December 1989 to May 1993 with satisfactory results, as reported below. Clinical data First, the treatment of 80 cases of cor pulmonale heart failure inpatients were randomly divided into CPT treatment group and control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender and heart function by statistical analysis. There were 54 males and 26 females in 80 cases.
