党员发展工作,是党的建设工作的重要组成部分。在这方面,高校应做到如下几点:站在科教兴国、人才强国的战略高度,加强和改进高校党员发展工作;正确认识和处理做好高学历、高职称人才、青年教师和大学生党员发展工作的关系,整体谋划党员发展工作全局;采取有力措施,加大工作力度,整体提高党员发展水平。
Party members’ development work is an important part of party building.
