长期以来我国的职业教育受应试教育的影响,在以学科本位的基础上逐渐形成了学科教学的模式,培养出来的学生不仅无法适应实际的岗位需求,而且整个教学过程的效率也不高,学生有着严重的厌学情绪,对于职业教育的发展有着一定的制约。因此职业教育课程结构的改革非常必要。模块化教学模式则以学生的职业技能为重心,借助现代的教学手段,依据专业课的类型划分,逐渐由封闭性、单一性向着开放性、实践性、系统性转变。本文就针对模块化教学模式在汽车专业中的应用展开讨论。
For a long time, the vocational education in our country has been influenced by the exam-oriented education. Based on the subject-based teaching, the mode of subject teaching has been gradually formed. The students trained not only can not meet the actual job requirements, but also the efficiency of the whole teaching process is not high. Have a serious tired of learning emotions, for the development of vocational education has some constraints. Therefore, the reform of vocational education curriculum structure is very necessary. Modular teaching mode focuses on students’ vocational skills. With modern teaching methods, according to the types of specialized courses, it gradually changes from closedness and unity to openness, practicality and systematization. This article discusses the application of modular teaching mode in the automotive profession.
