过重的工作压力会对员工的身心健康和企业运行绩效造成很大伤害,企业应采取有效的策略对员工的工作压力进行管理。工作压力影响着企业员工的生理、心理、行为,更进一步对企业绩效、运行等产生影响,过重的工作压力则会对员工的身心健康和企业运行绩效造成很大伤害,如引起员工满意感下降,引起焦虑、沮丧,甚至情感衰竭,造成高离职率和高缺勤率。企业员工工作压力管理,有利于预防工作压力对员工造成的毁灭性损害,有效地维护和保持企业的人力资源,有利于提高员工工作效率,进而提高整个组织的绩效,增加利润。
