本文详细介绍了宝剑剑坯平面磨削特点，剑坯平面磨床应用具备的磨削运动，提出了为保证剑坯平面磨削质量的机械设计原理、方法和砂轮特性的确定。剑坯平面磨削运动复杂，文中对电气控制原理也作了一定的介绍。剑坯平面专用磨床不仅提高了产品的质量和生产效率，而且改善了人工磨削产生的环境污染和对人身的危害。
In this paper, the characteristics of the plane grinding of the sword blade blank and the grinding motion of the blade blank grinding machine are introduced in detail.
