本文对影响压铸模使用寿命的各种因素和所采用的处理工艺进行了分析研究。指出,3Cr_2W_8V钢制造的压铸模采用“强韧化双重处理、复合等温淬火、两次以上回火甲酰胺通氨软氮化、使用过程中的除应力退火和补充软氮化”的热处理工艺组合,能较大程度地发挥材料潜力,压铸模寿命可达20万次以上。同时指出,对不同使用条件下的压铸模及同一模具上工作条件不同的部分应采用适合各自不同情况下的热处理工艺。最后对有关问题谈了作者的观点及看法。
This article analyzes the various factors that affect the service life of the die-casting mold and the treatment process adopted. It is pointed out that the die-casting mold made of 3Cr_2W_8V steel is a combination of heat treatment process such as “toughening dual treatment, compound austempering, more than two tempering formamide ammonia nitriding, stress relief annealing and supplemental nitrocarburizing during use” , Can give full play to the material potential, die-casting mold life up to 200000 times. At the same time, pointed out that for different conditions of the die-casting mold and the same mold on the working conditions of different parts should be suitable for different circumstances of the heat treatment process.
