通过对一次发霉玉米霉菌的分离培养、培养性状的观察、霉菌形态特征的镜检,确定可疑的发霉玉米是由黄曲霉菌的污染并产生黄曲霉毒素。采用免疫亲和层析净化高效液相色谱法和荧光光度法(GB/T18979-2003)检测,黄曲霉素B1含量为1.8μg/kg。
