目的探讨优质护理路径在轮转护士工作中的应用效果。方法选取2014年4月~2016年4月在我科轮转的年轻护士32名作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各16名,对照组则采用常规带教模式,试验组以优质护理路径的带教模式,分析对比两种带教方式对护理工作的影响。结果经统计学处理两组护士均无明显差异,4周后对护士单独值班能力、专科知识技能、护理质量、患者满意度、医生满意度进行比较,两组均有显著差异性。结论以优质护理路径的带教模式对护士的单独值班能力,专科知识及技能有明显提升,且患者满意度升高,护理质量提升,护理差错减少,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing pathway in the work of rotation nurses. Methods Twenty-two young nurses who rotated in our department from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as study subjects, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of which was 16, while the control group received routine teaching mode. The experimental group Taking the teaching mode of quality nursing path, the paper analyzes and contrasts the impact of two kinds of teaching methods on nursing work. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of nurses after statistical treatment. After 4 weeks, the nurses’ on-duty ability, specialty knowledge and skills, quality of care, patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction were compared. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The nurses ’ability to take on-duty alone, specialized knowledge and skills with the teaching mode of high-quality nursing has obviously improved. Patients’ satisfaction increased, nursing quality improved and nursing errors decreased, which deserved further promotion.
