商标是生产者用来标识生产和销售的商品的标志符号,随着全球一体化进程的加快,世界各国经济联系也日益紧密,而商标在开拓世界市场,参与国际竞争,树立名牌意识中也起着越来越重要的作用。语言上文化的载体,任何商标都具有自身的文化涵义,商标的翻译除了遵循语言的翻译原则和规律外,还必须考虑到语言的文化因素,而它也成为商标译名成败的重要因素。本文旨在通过研究商标的文化属性探讨商标翻译的原则、方法、技巧。
Trademarks are the symbols used by producers to identify the goods they manufacture and sell.
