洁霉素用于多种常见的革蓝氏阳性菌感染。有报道临床采用肌肉注射单剂洁霉素600、1000和1500mg后,AUC值的增高与剂量增高不成正比。另一些报道指出洁霉素在人体内的血清蛋白结合率高达98%,结果导致洁霉素在大剂量时其血清蛋白结合趋向饱和,或者药物吸收率降低。为了弄清洁霉素在药代动力学上的剂量依赖性变化,本文测定了静脉滴注不同剂量洁霉素后的药代动力学和血清蛋白结合率。
Lincomycin is used in a variety of common gram-positive infections. There are reports of clinical use of single intramuscular injection of lincomycin 600,1000 and 1500mg, AUC value increases and dose is not proportional. Other reports indicate that linseedin has a high serum protein binding rate of up to 98% in humans, resulting in a tendency for linseed to saturate at high levels of serum protein, or to decrease drug absorption. In order to investigate the pharmacokinetics of lincomycin in a dose-dependent manner, the pharmacokinetics and serum protein binding of intravenous injections of lincomycin were determined.
