一、概述光电耦合器件是七十年代发展的电子元件的新品种。它是由一发光元件和一光敏元件组合而成的。为了实现波长的最佳匹配,光电耦合器件的发光部分通常以砷镓材料(GaAs)来制备,受光部分用硅光敏二极管或光敏三极管组成。光电耦合器件是由发光和光敏管同时封在一个外壳内,实现对外来光的隔离。并且通过光可把电压不同的回路间以简单的方法组合起来。因而它是作为分立元件发展而成的一种复
