1988年以来,我市在住房制度改革过程中,已经向个人出售公有住房近千万平方米。房改售房是由公产变私产,涉及产权的变更和转移。由于房改售房的形式不同和价格体系的差异,涉及各类房屋所有权的合理确认;同时,房改售房的意义是促使存量公房和增量公房进入市场流通,搞活交易,还涉及房地产产权产籍的动态管理。随着房改的不断深化,公房出售的步子必然加快,进一步加强房屋的产权、产籍和房地产档案管理工作,是摆在我们面前的一项新的艰巨任务。
