采用浸渍法制备了CaO/MgO/γ-Al2O3固体碱催化剂,研究表明在n(Ca)∶n(Mg)为4∶1,负载量以CaO计算为18%(w),在750℃下煅烧12h的条件下所制备的催化剂具有很好的催化效果。催化棕榈油制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间2h、反应温度60℃、醇油摩尔比7∶1、催化剂用量为油质量的3.5%。在此条件下,产率可达到95.3%。
The solid base catalysts of CaO / MgO / γ-Al2O3 were prepared by impregnation method. The results showed that the loading was 18% (w) calculated by CaO and calcined at 750 ℃ with n (Ca): n 12h under the conditions of the catalyst prepared has a good catalytic effect. The optimum conditions for preparing biodiesel from palm oil were as follows: reaction time 2h, reaction temperature 60 ℃, molar ratio of alcohol to oil 7:1, catalyst dosage 3.5% of oil mass. Under this condition, the yield can reach 95.3%.
