根据Fe—C(sat)—P三元系熔体中a_c=1的性质,通过实验测定1400C°时P对碳溶解度的影响关系,结合已知的各一阶活度相互作用系数,求得C、P的二价活度相互作用系数,得到实验结果: (1) Nc=0.1903—0.7386N_P(N_P<0.07) (2) ρ_c~P=7.197;ρ_P~c=-2.707;ρ_c~(c·P)=-5.670;ρ_P~(c·P)=9.962 (3) lnγ_c=-0.3902+11.744N_c+12.000N_P-5.872N_c~2+7.197N_P~2-5.67N_c·N_P lnγp=-7.0833+7.5678N_P+12.000N_c-3.7839N_P~2-2.707N_c~2+9.962N_c·N_P(N_P<0.07)
According to the property of a_c = 1 in Fe-C (sat) -P ternary system melt, the influence of P on the carbon solubility at 1400C ° was experimentally determined.
