我厂原设计磨矿流程为一段磨矿二次分级。为提高磨矿处理量和磨矿细度,1983年3月我们将两个小系统合并为一个大系统,磨矿工艺改为阶段磨矿,相应将2台φ500旋流器改为2台φ600旋流器,两段分级机溢流仍用6PS砂泵直接输入旋流器。由于6PS砂泵流量有限,造成砂泵池溢矿浆。为此,一、二段分级机采用高浓度(65—75%)分级,但
