首次利用化学炉 ,在抛物线飞行飞机提供的失重条件下进行了AlN复合材料制备的初步研究 .研究结果显示 ,飞行条件下制得的样品与地面样品的显微结构存在差异 ,这种差异与重力水平有关 .相对于地面实验样品 ,失重条件有利于制备组分和结构均匀的AlN复合材料 .
For the first time, a preliminary study on the preparation of AlN composites under the weightlessness conditions provided by parabolic flying aircraft was carried out using a chemical furnace.The results show that the microstructure of samples prepared under flight conditions is different from that of ground samples, Level relative to the ground test samples, weight loss conditions conducive to the preparation of components and structurally uniform AlN composite material.
