随着中国建筑行业的不断发展,建筑市场竞争也日益激烈,在工程投标中,建设单位压低标价和低价格中标的产生,加之现在建筑材料价格上涨和人工费、机械设备费、租赁费等哄台价格,使不少项目中标后,还没干利润已经为零。如果加上在管理上的不足,施工项目成本亏损,在所难免,面临这样一个建筑市场,如何有效管理与控制施工项目成本管理对于建筑施工企业的生存和发展就显的十分重要。
