LOM 制件中胶厚分布不均匀严重影响LOM 技术的成形精度和应用效益。文章实测了ZIPPY快速成形系统使用的粘胶的流变学性能,建立了粘胶热压应变的力学模型,对模型进行求解和修正,并据此提出改善粘胶分布均匀性的措施,其中采用热压辊与工作台联动技术可以显著减小胶厚分布的不均匀性
LOM parts in the distribution of uneven thickness of a serious impact on LOM technology forming accuracy and application benefits. In this paper, the rheological properties of the viscose used in the ZIPPY rapid prototyping system are measured. A mechanical model of the thermocompression strain of the viscose is established, and the model is solved and corrected. Based on this, measures are put forward to improve the uniformity of the viscose distribution. Hot roller and table linkage technology can significantly reduce the uneven thickness of the distribution
