从当前人力资源管理的实践出发,针对我国企业在人才测评活动中出现的种种错误认识,将误区归纳为人才测评是选拔人才的最准确的依据,只有测评软件才是科学的,只有国外的测试工具才是可靠的,人才测评就是笔试,网上测试非常有效五个方面,指出这些看法的片面性,以利于人才测评工作在我国的开展和普及。
From the current practice of human resource management, in view of all kinds of misunderstandings that Chinese enterprises appear in the personnel evaluation activities, the erroneous areas are summarized as the most accurate basis for the selection of qualified personnel.
