以ZZTM10300/17.5/30H型模板支架为研究对象,使用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench建立模型,确定边界条件和载荷,以顶梁与后顶梁受力相似为前提,采用内加载的方式,对模板支架底座施加集中载荷和扭转载荷情况下,分别就顶梁及后顶梁施加集中载荷和不同的扭转载荷等几种工况进行有限元分析,得到后顶梁垫块位于不同位置时模板支架整架及其零部件受力情况。通过对最大应力值的分析对比,得出一些关于六柱液压支架加载方式的结论,以供研究和设计人员参考借鉴。
