The backscattering electron diffraction (SEM) technique was used to study the orientation distribution of the subgrains around the particles in the Al-1.3Mn alloy with different deformation orientation matrix and the corresponding particles in the early stage of recrystallization. The results are compared with those in the single crystal. The results show that the rule of the subgrain rotation around the particles in each deformable oriented matrix in the polycrystal and the orientation of the particles for promoting the nucleation are the same as those in the single crystal, which are not random Distribution. The second part of the paper will analyze the interaction between particles and other nucleation sites (grain boundaries and cubic bands) and the formation of recrystallized texture
