磁编码器由磁鼓与磁阻探头组成。它们之间的间隙大小直接影响着磁编码器的性能和稳定。运用均匀磁化理论,计算了磁鼓空间磁场的大小,对磁鼓与磁头之间的间隙进行了分析。理论分析的结果表明,磁鼓与磁头之间的最佳间隙为:0.5~0.7λ。理论分析与实验研究符合较好。
Magnetic encoder consists of a drum and magnetoresistive probe. The size of the gap between them directly affects the performance and stability of the magnetic encoder. Using the theory of uniform magnetization, the magnetic field of the drum is calculated and the gap between the drum and the head is analyzed. The theoretical analysis shows that the best gap between drum and head is 0.5 ~ 0.7λ. Theoretical analysis and experimental research are in good agreement.
