1996年1月至1997年6月,我们对20～50岁的181例(224耳)慢性化脓性中耳炎(OMPL)患者进行了ABR测试,并与40例(80耳)正常人进行对照。现将测试结果报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 181例(224耳)OMPL患者中男101例,女80例,20～50岁。耳流脓病史最短2个月,最长20余年。双耳病变43例(86耳)单侧138例(右61耳,左77耳)。临床分型:单纯型83例,骨疡型77例,胆脂瘤型11例。乳突根治术后
From January 1996 to June 1997, we performed ABR tests on 181 (224 ears) patients with chronic suppurative otitis media (OMPL) between the ages of 20 and 50 years and compared them to 40 normal adults (80 ears). The test results are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 181 cases (224 ears) OMPL patients, male 101 cases, 80 females, 20 to 50 years old. Ear pus history of the shortest 2 months, up to 20 years. Forty-three cases (86 ears) of unilateral ear had 138 unilateral (right 61 ears, left 77 ears).
