业主:锅炉房噪音太大,并且给业主造成了一定安全隐患,鉴于此,停交物业管理费。物业公司:锅炉房是否能安装在楼内是有相关主管部门审批,既然批准说明是没问题的。作为物业首要的责任是做好小区的物业服务和一些设备维护、维修和保养。律师:锅炉房建在楼内违反了《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》第4-1-2条的规定。所以现在业主已将市消防局海淀消防监督处诉讼到北京市海淀法院。海淀消防处:2004年4月16日答复该锅炉房的安装符合相关规定。但是记者在采访时一直未找到相关负责人。
