双馈感应风力发电机(doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)的无功输出随着有功功率的变动而存在波动性,并且在有功输出处于一定范围时需要吸收无功功率。对此,在分析其P-Q关系的基础上,引入静止同步补偿器,提出抑制无功功率波动、保证风电有功输出的无功控制策略,并据此建立了无功实时控制系统。该控制系统具有运行方式灵活、无功响应快速等特点,可扩大风电场的无功运行范围,提升调节品质,提高并网点与电网的电压水平,有效地解决DFIG无功输出存在波动性及一定条件下吸收无功的不足。实际算例仿真表明,所提控制策略是可行、有效的。
The reactive power output of doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) fluctuates with the variation of active power, and it needs to absorb the reactive power when the active output is in a certain range. Based on the analysis of the P-Q relationship, a static synchronous compensator is introduced, a reactive control strategy is proposed to restrain reactive power fluctuation and ensure the active output of wind power, and a reactive power real-time control system is established. The control system has such features as flexible operation mode and fast reactive power response, which can expand the range of reactive power in wind farms, enhance the quality of regulation, and increase the voltage level of interconnection points and power grids, and effectively solve the volatility of DFIG reactive power output and certain Absorption of reactive power under the conditions of inadequate. The actual example shows that the proposed control strategy is feasible and effective.
