我厂煤气车间的然料煤气发生炉,是用了阜新煤的低熔点高温半焦作原料的。阜新煤的灰分熔点(T_2)最近两个月(编者註——系指1957年8.9月份)平均为1175℃,半焦灰分近两月平均为26.8%。因此,在操作时就容易生成熔渣风洞,使灰中含碳量增多。这个问题一直没有得到解决。在1957年里,从组织上、设备上与操作上进行了一系列的改进,摸索出了降低的途径。因而合碳量由年初的21.1%已下降到13.61%。兹将改进前后情况报道如下:
