用金相显微镜、电子探针、透射电镜等分析手段,确定了铈、钇等稀土元索在铝中生成的化合物是Fe_(17)Ce_2、YSi、YSi_2。讨论了添加适最稀土元素能提高铝的导电性的原因。
By means of metallographic microscope, electron probe, transmission electron microscopy and other analytical tools, it was confirmed that the compounds of rare earth elements such as cerium and yttrium were Fe_ (17) Ce_2, YSi and YSi_2. The reason why adding the most rare earth element can improve the conductivity of aluminum is discussed.
