随着我国卫生体制改革不断深入,社会大众对医疗服务的需求和期望日渐提高和多样化,医院发展面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,医院既要发挥救死扶伤的社会功能又要依靠医院的自身赢利能力来维持医院的运营和谋求更长远的发展,因此,医院必须为自身的长远发展制定战略,该文讨论了服务战略、人才战略、差异化战略和成本战略。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the health system in China, the needs and expectations of the public are increasing and diversified. The development of hospitals is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Hospitals must not only play a role in helping the wounded but also rely on the hospital’s own profitability. To maintain the hospital’s operation and seek for longer-term development, the hospital must therefore develop a strategy for its own long-term development. This article discusses the service strategy, talent strategy, differentiation strategy, and cost strategy.
