1997年7月16～19日中国中外语言文化比较学会厦门国际学术研讨会暨第4届年会在厦门大学召开。出席此次学术研讨会的160名代表来自北京大学、厦门大学、南京大学、台湾清华大学、武汉大学、深圳大学、哈尔滨工业大学、美国波士顿学院、美国博敦大学、德国美因兹大学、俄罗斯莫斯科远东研究所、香港教育学院、澳门大学和中国社会科学院等70余所院校和研究机构。著名学者王德春、林书武、杨仁敬、连淑能、厦门大学副校长潘世墨出席会议,并发表了重要讲话。
1997 July 16 ~ 19 Chinese and foreign language and culture comparison society Xiamen International Symposium and the fourth annual meeting held in Xiamen University. 160 delegates attended the symposium from Peking University, Xiamen University, Nanjing University, Tsinghua University in Taiwan, Wuhan University, Shenzhen University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Boston University, University of the United States, University of Mainz, Mainz, Germany, Russia Far East Institute of Moscow, Hong Kong Institute of Education, Macau University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences more than 70 institutions and research institutions. Renowned scholar Wang Dechun, Lin Shuwu, Yang Renjing, Lian Shuneng, Vice President of Xiamen University Pan Shimo attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.
