现代工业材料表面处理及化学工业用抗腐槽(抗腐罐)往往用金属外槽加非金属内衬构成。如内衬有局部渗漏,将危及整个槽的使用寿命,内衬橡胶或塑料接缝处容易出现气孔、间隙、未胶合等缺陷而产生渗漏现象。在容器检漏技术中,国内外有采用质谱检漏、光谱检漏、渗液检漏、气密性检漏、卤素检漏、放射性同位素检漏等,一般检测工艺复杂、成本较高。针对检测对象是金属外壳加非金属绝缘橡胶内衬特点,我们试验用高频电火花检漏,既简单方便,又直观可靠。

Generally, the detection technology is complicated and the cost is high. For the test object is a metal shell plus non-metallic rubber insulation lining, we test the use of high-frequency sparkle leakage, both simple and convenient, and intuitive and reliable.
