目的:探讨CDMP与BMP-7联合诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向软骨细胞分化的效果。方法:以(人)骨髓间充质干细胞进行培养、传代,再进行诱导为实验研究对象,观察组应用CDMP与BMP-7联合诱导,对照组不采取CDMP与BMP-7,同时也不采取其他任何影响措施,观察两组成骨细胞的分化及增殖情况。结果:在CDMP与BMP-7的联合诱导下,可有效刺激成骨细胞,获得较大的增殖,同时还可有效提高成骨细胞的ALP活性及OCN的含量,且效果明显好于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用CDMP与BMP-7后,可明显提高成骨细胞的生物学活性,从而为临床治疗关节软骨损伤、骨折久治不愈、脊柱融合、骨缺损等疾病提供了新的依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of CDMP and BMP-7 on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes. Methods: Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were cultured, passaged, and then induced into experimental subjects. The observation group was induced by combination of BMP-7 and BMP-7. The control group did not take CDMP and BMP-7, and no other Any influence measure, observe the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts in both groups. Results: Under the combined induction of CDMP and BMP-7, osteoblasts could be stimulated effectively and the proliferation of osteoblasts could be obtained. In addition, ALP activity and OCN content of osteoblasts could be effectively increased, and the effect was better than that of the control group. Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of CDMP and BMP-7 can significantly improve the biological activity of osteoblasts, which provides a new basis for the clinical treatment of articular cartilage injury, fracture long healing, spinal fusion, bone defects and other diseases.
