渐开线内啮合弧面蜗杆是我们近几年来提出和研制的一种新型蜗杆传动。蜗杆的轴断面形状为一渐开线的内齿轮齿廓。本蜗杆有如下三个基本特征:(1)是内啮合,(2)是双包围;(3)是渐开线。本蜗杆可以利用现成渐开线齿轮滚刀切制蜗轮,对制造和安装误差敏感性弱,避免了直线状弧面蜗杆会因误差造成的承载能力显著降低的弊病。实践证明,本蜗杆的承载能力大、效率高。本文从理论上阐明了提出这种蜗杆的依据。
Involute meshing curved worm is proposed in recent years and developed a new type of worm drive. The shape of the worm shaft section is an involute internal gear tooth profile. The worm has the following three basic characteristics: (1) is the internal gear, (2) is surrounded by double; (3) is involute. The worm can utilize the involute gear hob cutter to cut the worm gear, which has low sensitivity to manufacturing and installation errors and avoids the disadvantage that the linear curved worm can significantly reduce the carrying capacity due to the error. Practice has proved that the worm carrying capacity, high efficiency. This paper clarifies the basis of the proposed worm in theory.
