为实现攀钢烧结机的技术升级,2009年6月建成投产了1台360m2的大型烧结机。达产后由于生产不稳定、设备故障率高、指标落后等问题影响了高产稳产,为此开展了工艺技术优化研究。通过优化工艺流程,改进原燃料质量、烧结矿成分优化以及提高工艺参数控制水平等措施,利用系数达到1.414t/(m2.h),转鼓指数提高到73.27%,固体燃耗45.31kg/t,作业率96.11%。
In order to realize the technological upgrade of sintering machine in Panzhihua Iron and Steel, a large 360m2 sintering machine was put into operation in June 2009. Due to production instability after production, equipment failure rate, backwardness and other issues affect the high yield and stability, for which carried out the optimization of process technology. By optimizing the technological process, improving the quality of raw fuel, optimizing sinter composition and increasing the control of process parameters, the utilization coefficient reached 1.414t / (m2.h), the drum index increased to 73.27% and the solid fuel consumption was 45.31kg / t , Operating rate of 96.11%.
