《金融时报》英国中国企业能带来新的活力和资本以促使全球企业不断前进,但是这种影响并不是单向的。为了在国外取得成功,中国企业须作出调整。也就是说聘请当地经理人,投入到本地化研究并解决人们的顾虑,例如,在当地开设子公司。印度和巴西企业在国外的优势归功于其私营的本质和开放的文化。这一点正是中国经理人缺乏的。加拿大政府日前宣布,批准中国海洋石油有限公司(以下简称中海油)以180亿美元收购加拿大尼克森公司的申请。
“Financial Times” British Chinese companies can bring new vitality and capital to keep global businesses moving forward, but the impact is not one-way. In order to be successful abroad, Chinese companies need to make adjustments. This means hiring local managers to devote themselves to localizing research and solving people’s concerns, for example, opening a local subsidiary. The advantages of Indian and Brazilian businesses abroad are attributed to their private nature and open culture. This is exactly what Chinese managers lack. The Canadian government recently announced the approval of CNOOC Limited (hereinafter referred to as CNOOC) to 180 billion acquisition of the Canadian company Nixon.
