对于肌理的深切感受,人类是自初生伊始的。从未及降生在胎中的蠕动、踢腿仲于,到初生婴儿对于母亲乳房温软柔滑的触觉,对于乳汁流淌涌动的吞咽。物质组织结构的各种不同与相似,时时刻刻刺激着我们的神经与大脑。通过记忆留存,成为经验。从婴幼到青春年少至中天壮年及日暮耄耋,这其间既有无数不等量的光滑与毛糙、细腻与粗犷、平整与斑驳、柔软与坚硬、疏松与窒密,便有无数样式的经验生成。所有的肌理,往往归结为形态样式与构成关系。于是,一组一定形态下具有一定构成关系的肌理,就会有一种相对同一的情感信息。同样,不同的形态、不同的构成关系下,必定显现出不同的情感构架。这种经验之内的体认,通过积累,变成了无穷无尽的衍化之源,变成了想象力与创造力。版画之于我,即是个体经验体系中,我之于肌理的体认的个性情感下的模仿。我做版画,只是因为我觉得,它是区别于其他媒材能够给我的情感表达样式的一种特别
