患者女,50岁。自幼双眼高度近视,近3年加重。于1993年12月11日在某医院行双眼后巩膜加固术。术后1周自觉右眼前有黑影遮挡,视力减退。经检查发现右眼黄斑区有一个1/2PD的干性裂洞,无视网膜脱离,即行激光光凝封闭。2个月后左眼前出现黑影遮挡,在当地医院用血管扩张药、营养神经药及中药治疗无效,于1994年11月转来我院。患者既往健康。其母亲及姐妹3人均高度近视。眼科检查:裸眼视力:右3.4、左3.0,矫正右-12.00D=4.2、左-12.00D=3.4,眼压正常。双外眼正常,玻璃体絮状混浊。右眼底呈豹纹状、视盘边界 Female patient, 50 years old.
