百元产值工资含量(以下简称“百含”)包干是建筑施工企业分配制度的一项重大改革,它打破了施工企业不论效益好坏,按人头平均计算工资的分配模式,把企业工资总额与施工产值紧密相联,使职工工资的增长建立在提高劳动生产率的基础之上.“百含”包干工资是根据施工企业自行完成的建安工作量,按确定含量系数提取的,它是企业工资基金的唯一来源.至于含量系数,则是根据概预算中按百元产值所需要的定额工日与取费标准来确定的.
