我队所施工的矿区地层复杂,尤其孔斜严重。多年来一直影响钻孔质量,仅八○年一年因孔斜而造成报废进尺共有635.78米。一九七九年九月地质部在我队组织了钻孔弯曲技术会诊活动,曾提出冲击回转钻进是防止孔斜的一项新的钻进工艺。兄弟省局用液动双作用冲击器和射流式冲击器做了大量生产、试验工作,已证明此钻具在防斛方面有较好的效果。针对我队钻探施工中存在的实际问题,省局决定,将两种冲击器在我队进行生产试验。其试验主要目的:了解并掌握其工作性能,原理和钻进操作方法,并就其防斜效果作一初步试验。
The construction of the mines in our team is complex and the hole is especially serious. The drilling quality has been affected for many years. In 1980, a total of 635.78 meters of footage were scrapped due to slanting holes. In September 1979, the Department of Geology organized drilling bending technology consultation activities in our team. It has been proposed that impact rotary drilling is a new drilling technology to prevent hole inclination. Brothers and provinces with hydraulic double impact impingement and jet impactor made a large number of production and testing work has proved that this drill in the Dehumidification have good results. In response to the actual problems in drilling construction of our team, the provincial bureau decided that the two impactors will be tested in our team for production. The main purpose of the experiment: to understand and master its performance, principles and drilling operation method, and its anti-ramp effect to make a preliminary test.
