针对自然条件严峻、形体高大、空旷、工艺驳杂关联、分体系层次多且需求不同的特点,介绍了海南国际会展中心项目会议中心的结构总体系及分体系选型;大跨、重载楼面梁及大悬挑梁采用有粘结预应力,悬挑楼梯受拉梯段采用无粘结预应力;对大悬挑楼座、大跨楼面及螺旋楼梯等通过有限元进行了舒适度分析;由于外围柱在层间作用下产生倾覆弯矩,采用桩-锚联合基础。
