国际上，将有益的军事要素引入国家灾害医疗救援体系，正成为普遍的趋势。我国在长期的抢险救灾实践中，形成了具有中国特色的军地一体的救援模式，取得了良好的效果。本文在汶川、玉树、雅安等最近几次抗震救灾实践的基础上，系统阐述军队卫勤力量在灾害医学救援中的组织与作用，并对军队灾害医学救援中存在的问题进行了初步的分析，对下一步军队灾害医学救援能力建设进行了思考。“,”With military’s features like prompt reaction, it got involved in disaster relief missions worldwide in the recent years which has created a trend internationally. In disaster relief practice in China, it has formed a feature-mode of military and civilian integration that carried out positive results. Based on the data collected in medical relief missions for earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, Yushu, and Ya’an, this essay elucidated the military’s role and functionality in disaster medical relief mission, and also carried out an preliminary analysis on the problems that needed to be fixed and some thoughts for perfecting our military’s capability in future disaster medical relief mission.
