患者,女,26岁.因自用偏方治疗风湿病,一次口服冰凉花鲜全草约50克。服后2小时出现恶心、呕吐,12小时后自觉胸闷、心前区不适入院。否认既往有心脏病史。体检:P48次/分,BP10.9/6.65kPa,表情痛苦,神志清楚,呼吸略促,无颈静脉怒张.双肺呼吸音正常,心界不大,心律不齐,HR47次/分,心脏各瓣膜区均未听到病理性杂音.肝脾未触及,四肢肌力正常,双下肢无浮肿.神经系统正常.实验室检查:WBC 8.2×10~9/L、N72％、L28％,肝肾功能正常。超声心动图检查未发现心内结构异常.心电图:第一天Ⅱ°Ⅰ型窦房阻滞;第2～3天为Ⅱ°Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞,房室传导比例
