陕１６０是陕西小麦研究中心１９８８年以陕２１３为母本、１６７－６－４为父本进行杂交，通过系谱法于１９９３年育成出圃，１９９６年提前通过省农作物品种审定委员会正式审定推广。该品种突出特点是：高产抗倒、优质早熟、耐寒抗病、综合抗性好。在高产栽培条件下，公顷产量要达９０００ｋｇ左右。通过几年不同气候特点的考验，现已成为关中灌区骨干品种之一。
Shanshan 160 was the Shaanxi Wheat Research Center in 1988 to 213 as the female parent, 167-6-4 as the male parent, by genealogy law in 1993 bred nursery, in 1996 ahead of approval by the Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee officially approved the promotion. Prominent features of the varieties are: high yield anti-down, high-quality precocious, cold and disease resistance, comprehensive resistance. Under high-yielding cultivation conditions, the yield per hectare should reach about 9000kg. After several years of tests with different climatic characteristics, it has become one of the key varieties in Guanzhong Irrigation District.
