以建模和数据集成为桥梁,运用流体力学和数值分析等学科的理论和方法,深入研究应用多泵并联变频调速技术实现飞机外场管道加油系统恒压供油的原理,分析在离心泵增压条件下该系统因同时加油口数量发生变化引起压力与流量变化的规律和特性,进而提出模拟系统中各种参数的控制量值,给出程序运行流程框图,从而构建外场油料保障模拟训练“中心”平台系统,实现油料保障全过程中岗位的协同模拟训练。研究结果能较好地解决目前油料专业训练中存在的训练装备设施不足、实装训练成本高、协同训练难以落实等问题,提高油料保障专业训练的质量和效益。
With the modeling and data integration as the bridge, the theory and method of fluid mechanics and numerical analysis are used to study the principle of multi-pump parallel connection frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize the constant pressure oil supply in the field pipeline refueling system. Under the condition of pressure, the system changes the law of pressure and flow due to the change of the number of oil filling ports at the same time, and then puts forward the control value of various parameters in the simulation system, gives the flow chart of program operation, “Center ” platform system, to achieve the full process of fuel oil to coordinate the training of positions. The research results can well solve the problems of lacking of training equipment and facilities, high training cost, difficulty of coordinated training and so on, so as to improve the quality and benefit of professional oil training.
