通过室内培养试验,以DMP(3,5-二甲基吡唑)为参比对象,研究了新型吡唑类硝化抑制剂CMP(1-甲氨甲酰-3-甲基吡唑)对尿素氮在土壤中转化的影响。结果表明:CMP能强烈地抑制铵的氧化,抑制效果随着CMP用量增加而增强。0.03%尿素添加量的CMP在前40d的抑制效果好于0.1%尿素添加量的DMP处理;但在第60天硝态氮超过了CK,失去抑制效果;同时硝态氮的浓度也超过了铵态氮的浓度,表观硝化率为52.6%;而0.1%尿素添加量的CMP能显著提高土壤中铵态氮浓度,降低硝态氮浓度,在整个培养期间,表观硝化率最高为32.6%。
Through indoor incubation experiments and DMP (3,5-dimethylpyrazole) as reference, the effects of novel pyrazole nitration inhibitor CMP (1-carbamoyl-3-methylpyrazole) on urea Effect of Nitrogen Transformation in Soil. During the whole incubation period, the highest apparent nitrification rate was 32.6% .
